Service Guidelines 273 Custom Projects, Large Projects and Takeoffs Custom Product • Request a price quote on a custom product by contacting our Custom Product Sales (CPS) Department at 855.397.6647 or CPS@fypon.com . • New projects of $30,000, which include custom parts, may qualify for a four-week lead time. • Tools for custom product will be dispositioned within six months of last order date. Any orders after disposition of tool(s) must be requoted by CPS. Contact your Customer Service Representative for more information. Large Project and Takeoffs • For large projects and takeoffs, our dedicated Custom Product Sales Department can assist with price quotes. • For jobs of $10,000 and greater, email your elevations to cps@fypon.com. • New projects of $50,000 or greater, consisting of stock and custom products, may qualify for a discount. Contact Customer Service at 800.446.3040 or cps@fypon.com . Freight Policy Update • Most orders ship for $75. For orders including parts that are 8' or longer, freight is $400 for the entire order.
