Service Guidelines 275 Specialty Options Routing and Cutting Options • Some products can be routed with a 5/8" or 3/4" channel to accept siding J-Channel. A $25 routing charge applies to each item or pair to be routed. • The routing option is not available on all products. • Fypon offers the option to cut fl at trim and other lineal type product, one size cut per box, at a cost of $50 per box. • Contact your Customer Service Representative at 800.446.3040 for details. Considerations for Installation Fypon reserves the right to make changes to surfaces that don’t affect the outward appearance of our parts (these surfaces may vary with the same part number), which will not impact the look of the product once installed. If it is important to have consistency between parts for installation purposes, please speak with your Customer Service Representative prior to ordering or requesting samples. Warranty Fypon will process claims for installed product under the following guidelines: • Warranty requests from homeowners or end-use customers should be processed at the local dealer to determine if there are any installation problems. This may require an initial fi eld inspection by a dealer representative. • Warranty issues that are determined by the dealer to be a quality defect should fi le a claim with Fypon. • Claims requests should include: - Inspection details. - Photos. - Original purchase order number and date. - Proof of home ownership. • Upon receipt of returned goods, Fypon will inspect the goods and issue a credit contingent on meeting the requirements of the RGA process. • See Items Not Eligible for Returns or Credits for product that is not eligible for return.
